Dedicated keyholding service
Trusted by selected UK police forces and businesses nationwide.
If you require a dedicated keyholder, we can help. Our keyholding service means that business owners and residents are granted peace of mind, knowing that the police will be able to contact the right person quickly during an emergency at their property. The Keyholder Registers offer 24-hour, seven-days-a-week coverage. Registered information is owned by the police, protected by the Data Protection Act 1998 and only accessible to the emergency services.
Even where a property is already registered with an alarm company or where residents are members of a Homewatch scheme, there are still benefits in joining the registers. Please contact us for further details.

Use a key holding service to prevent small issues evolving in to bigger emergencies.
Our dedicated team are available 24/7, so you can be sure access to your property is always in good hands.
The Keyholder Data Register is a database maintained by Rapid Secure on behalf of our partner police forces. It contains registered keyholders for both business premises and private residences. This means if an incident occurs at your home or business premises when you are away, during the night or on holiday, police can contact your named keyholder(s) and quickly gain access to your building.
The database can record vital information such as whether you have a preferred contractor to carry out emergency repairs, or where the stopcocks and electricity inlets are in the event of a flood or fire, and whether chemicals are stored on the premises.
Keyholding is a valuable service which will not only prevent further damage to your building, but it could even save lives by stopping a minor problem turning into a disaster.
To register, simply download and complete a registration form and email or send it to us at info@rapidsecureuk.com or call 0800 587 0548 and speak to our registration team and we will help you complete the form over the telephone.
